The minimum order is 0.5 m. Any additional length can be added in 0.1 m (10 cm) increments.

If you place your order before 11:00 AM, we will hand over the package to the courier on the same business day. For orders placed after this time, the shipment will be processed and handed over the following business day.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, materials must be in their original condition and have a length of at least 1 meter. We only accept returns for full-meter increments (e.g., 1m, 2m, 3m)

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal.

Modifications can only be made if the request is received prior to the 11:00 AM processing window. Once a custom length has been cut, the order is considered final.
